It usually takes 2-3 months to build a GC BURGER Restaurant from the date the contractor starts work and this is usually after possession of the leased premises and obtaining city permits.

It is a requirement that you work full time at your restaurant to ensure your team is providing great customer experience from quality, to freshness, service, value and atmosphere to in-store customers and those ordering takeout or delivery.

The ideal size of a GC BURGER restaurant ranges between 300 – 500 Square Foot in the food court of an enclosed mall, and 1,200 to 2,000 Square Foot on a street location or a strip center, near universities and downtown business districts.

Our core target customers are millennials between the ages of 15 and 35. However, we have lots of families who visit our restaurant regularly and from all ethnic backgrounds, so in brief, we do not limit ourselves to a particular set of demographics across the board.

It all depends on volume, to start, you will hire 10 – 12 staff members for the 2 shifts, some will be part timers, but most are full timers. This will not include you as owner/manager of the business.

Our restaurants are open 365 days / year (except where mandated by law or location restrictions). The minimum required opening hours are 11 am to 11 pm (except where restricted). Some restaurants will open until 3 AM. Always depending on type of location and owner preference.

No franchise company can predict sales and profit, each restaurant is different from the other. Many factors contribute to revenues and profit in any business including but not limited to: rent charges, management skills, location and local marketing efforts
