Background in Restaurant Experience
Although a franchise system training program will greatly help new comers into the restaurant industry, it is however imperative that you have experience working and managing 1 or more restaurants to run a successful GC BURGER joint. You have to know the basics of operating a restaurant from opening to closing, kitchen preparation, food safety and hygiene, freshness, quality and of course, customer service.
Passion for food service
If you operated or worked at a restaurant, you will know what we mean! To succeed owning and operating a restaurant business or any other business, you have to love what you do! if you think it is a pleasure working full time at a restaurant preparing and serving fresh food with love and passion, then you have met this criteria.
Ambition for growth
We want to take the GC BURGER experience throughout Canada “not to say the world” and we want Franchise Owners to share with us our goal and themselves grow too. At GC BURGER the opportunity for multi-unit ownership is available and encouraged.
Financial Requirements
To qualify for a small business loan, 30% of the total investment is required as down payment. This must be non-borrowed cash or an equivalent equity in real estate not including prime residence.
In addition, applicants for small business loans are required to personally guarantee 25% of the borrowed amount.
