From the moment you sign the Franchise Agreement, a team of professional Head Office staff will guide you throughout the process of opening you’re your GC BURGER Franchised Restaurant. They will walk you through every aspect of starting to establish your OWN business. After you open your restaurant, the Head office will continue to support you on your day-to-day activities. We will be by your side for the life of your Franchise.

In just a short time, GC BURGER has become a well recognized name in many parts of GTA. From 1 location, we serve on average 400 people daily whether eat-in, take out or delivery. GC BURGER started as a small burger joint in 2022. In less than a year, it grew in sales and customer traffic every day and won the number 1 burger in town. The team’s commitment to great tasting burgers and exceptional customer service got them on top very fast and this is only the beginning, GC BURGER has big goals for the short and long term.

Beside developing our menu offering, we have developed operating technics to reduce waste, increase staff member productivity, keep cost of goods under control to maximize profitability while keep a close eye on the overall customer experience. We also developed a tool to monitor the Key Performance Indicators KPIs of the business on a weekly basis, this tool will allow franchise owners to closely monitor the performance of their restaurants and make corrective actions where needed.

Head Office Team

GC BURGER as a Franchisor has what it takes to help franchise owners succeed. Their experience in real estate development and restaurant operation experience will all be at the franchise owner’s disposal. From access to real estate, marketing, recruitment of qualified personnel to operational technics, GC BURGER’s team members will be available to support franchisees as soon as they join in.

Franchising as someone said, is a 3-legged stool. One leg is the Franchisor, the other is the Franchisee, and the third is the supplier. A Franchise system cannot stand without one of them. At GC BURGER, we built a strong purchase power and developed great relations with our suppliers to ensure the best quality product is delivered to our restaurants continuously at the best price possible.

A key component to our growth and sustainability, is the continuous research for new and innovative toppings and sauces but not forgetting the main ingredients of a burger (meat, bread and sauces). We think outside the box and want to stay different from the burger crowd. We are developing products to attract new customers and retain existing ones. We’re not only developing new products, our team is also continuously improving packaging, food formulas, processes and recipes.

Training:

As a GC BURGER Franchise Owner, you will be required to attend a 4 weeks training Program along with 2 of your restaurant’s main staff prior to opening.

The training is comprised of 2 main areas:

  • Technical
  • Administrative

The Technical part will include training on every step of operating a GC BURGER restaurant from opening to closing the restaurant, receiving supplies, food preparation, food safety and hygiene, placing orders, stocking, managing staff and schedules, control, and customer service.

The administrative part will include training on marketing, HR, KPIs, weekly inventory and sales reporting, policies, safety and security.
